Manufacturing Process and Product Performance:Manufacturing process falls into "plating after welding" and "welding after plating". Plating technology includes hot dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing and PVC coating.
The top quality mild steel welded wire mesh is made through the spot welding process by using high precision automated equipment. The top quality low carbon steel welded wire mesh undergoes either of the following surface finishing processes for surface passivation and plastication: cold plating, hot-dip coating and PVC coating, etc. After surface finishing, it will have smooth surface, uniform mesh and secure welding spots. The top quality mild steel welded wire mesh has excellent and stable machinability, and it is very resistant to corrosion.
Stainless steel welded wire mesh is formed by welding top quality stainless steel wire, it is resistant to acids and alkalis. Stainless steel welded wire mesh is beautiful and versatile, has secure welding spots.
Applications: Widely used in the industry, agriculture, aquaculture, building, communication and transportation and mineral extraction, etc. It finds application in shields on machinery or equipment, wire fence for livestock or flowers and trees, fence for protecting windows, fence for pathways, poultry cage, basket for holding eggs, foodstuff basket, paper basket or decorative fields in home or office.
